The Rosh Chodesh Av Seudah is l’zecher nishmas HaGaon HaChacham Shalom Ben HaGaon HaChacham Chayim Elbaz, Zt’l father of our Presidium Member Rabbi Hanania Elbaz and father of our Chaver, Rabbi Eliyahu Elbaz, who is the Rabbi of the Sephardic Lebanese Congregation of Brooklyn.
At the Rosh Chodesh Av conference, we will be addressed by our host Rabbi Simcha Silverman, and Rabbi Hanania Elbaz. Rabbi Yaakov Klass, Presidium Chairman, will deliver the administrative report.
