Smicha Recipients: At the 81st Annual Celebration, Kollel Ayshel Avraham Zichron Ya’akov will be awarding Yoreh Yoreh Smicha to Rabbi Gary Kopstick and Yadin Yadin Smicha to Rabbi David Toback and Rabbi Dr. Mark Horowitz, ZT’L. Both Rabbi Toback and Rabbi Horowitz completed their course of study with Rabbi Yaakov Spivak, ZT’L. Sadly, from the time of completion, Rabbi Spivak passed away and was unable to formally present to them their Smicha.
