More than in the past, many Jews today celebrate Tu BiShvat. Machon HaTorah VeHaAretz, founded in Gush Katif and devoted to the study and implementation of the mitzvos hatluyos baAretz, published this free online Tu BiShvat Seder which rabbonim might find helpful in turning this into an opportunity to learn Torah.
