A word about Phoenix
The Phoenix Center for Rehabilitation and Pediatrics is a skilled nursing facility located in Wanaque, NJ and offers services to both geriatric and pediatric patients. The facilities pediatric unit prides itself on offering high quality services such as nursing, rehabilitation and respiratory therapy.
