Caring Hospice of NY seeks full time rabbinic chaplain for the Brooklyn North and Queens area. Chaplain would need a personal vehicle with insurance and cell phone.
Qualifications include:
- Ordination or Masters in Divinity/Theology.
- Pastoral Counselor or Hospice Chaplain Experience preferred and/or 4 years of Clinical Pastoral Education past Masters.
Chaplain will commit to carrying patient case load and document visits in timely manner. Chaplain should be willing to visit Hospice patients from all faiths and backgrounds. Chaplain will attend weekly interdisciplinary team group meeting in person and share pertinent Information regarding pt care and plan of care.
